Now, you may not like that answer, but it’s the truth. You are HER and just not living up to your full potential. So, in essence, you don’t need to become “her”, you need to awaken “that girl” within yourself!
I am most definitely on the “That girl” side of Tiktok. My for you page is full of videos on becoming “That girl”. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy watching those videos, however, I had to understand that every woman’s idea of “that girl” was different and open to interpretation.
What exactly does it mean to be “that girl”?
In generic words, “that girl” refers to women who prioritize wellness, productivity, beauty and mindfulness.
The Tiktok definition of “that girl” seems to be the girl who gets up at 5 am, meditates, goes to the gym, showers with eucalyptus plant, journaling, eating only healthy foods, and overall a bad a** chick.
Nothing is wrong with either of those definitions, but you need to figure out what “that girl” looks like for YOU! Tap into the things that you do well and improve the things that you may struggle with.
For me, being “that girl” is me living my life authentically and being the absolute best version of myself.
